What is popper training?
Popper training refers to the deliberate, controlled use of poppers (usually amy or butyl nitrite) before or during sexual activity in order to relax the muscles around the anus or birth canal and make penetration more comfortable.
Effect & purpose of poppers training
- Muscle relaxant: Poppers briefly dilate the blood vessels and relax smooth muscles. This makes the anus looser and reduces the natural resistance.
- Mood enhancer: At the same time, the chemical effect triggers a brief, slightly euphoric high, which lowers inhibitions and increases desire.
