These general terms and conditions of business and delivery form the basis of an order placed with Mrpoppers.de. The current general terms and conditions of business and delivery apply to every order. These can be adapted by Mrpoppers.de at any time. Mrpoppers.de is operated by turilla GmbH, a Swiss company with its registered office in Zurich. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Orders placed with Mrpoppers.de are subject to Swiss law. Purchases from the EU are processed between the customer and Oxymoron GmbH, A-2540 Bad Vöslau.
Risks and side effects of poppers
By purchasing, the customer confirms that he has read and understood the instructions for use and warnings of the products and that he is aware of the risks and side effects of the products. In particular, the customer confirms that he/she knows that inhaling nitrites is also harmful to health and that the products should under no circumstances be drunk (danger to life) or consumed with Viagra, etc. (too low blood pressure).
Youth protection
We only sell our products to adults. An age check takes place in the checkout process or before delivery. For Swiss citizens with an identity card, this check takes place semi-automatically.
Exclusion of liability for product use
The customer expressly confirms that he releases turilla GmbH and all directly and indirectly associated companies and persons from any responsibility and claims for damages which could arise through the use of the products.
Assortment and prices
Mrpoppers.de can adjust the range of products and their availability at any time and without prior notice. The product images and the content information on the website are as up-to-date as possible. Due to changes in packaging and labelling, a product image on the website may differ slightly from the actual packaging. Prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Order
Every customer order is binding and cannot be cancelled. The purchase comes into effect when the order confirmation is sent to the customer. If the order is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged to cover the costs of the cancellation. The goods will be dispatched no later than the working day following the order.
Payment and late payment
Payment is made via cash in advance, credit card or Twint. Mrpoppers.de may also work together with purchase-on-invoice service providers and thus assign the claim to a third party. In this case, the terms of default of the respective service provider apply.

Revocation
The customer has the right to cancel the online order within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, the customer must inform us by email (info@mrpoppers.de) within the deadline and confirm that they have returned the goods to us, including their IBAN number. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Any refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Exchange and warranty
Product exchange is excluded. In the event of any obvious transport damage, a replacement delivery will be made, in whole or in part, free of charge, upon presentation of a photo. The customer confirms expressly that he releases turilla GmbH and all directly and indirectly connected companies and persons from any responsibility and claims for damages which could arise through the use of the products or directly or indirectly through an order at planetas.ch.
Data protection
With the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to our data protection guidelines. In doing so, the customer has been informed about the type, scope, location, purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data required for the execution of orders.
