What is edging?
The practice of deliberately delaying orgasm to extend and intensify sexual excitement. Edging involves stimulating oneself (or a partner) close to the climax (“on the edge” of coming) and then backing off at the last moment to avoid orgasm.
Why is it fun?
- Longer intensity: Instead of a quick come, you enjoy the pleasure curve to the full and extend each tingling sensation considerably.
- Control play: Those who edget exercise power over their own body or that of their partner – a subtle game of devotion and self-control.
- Stronger finale: The orgasm that is finally reached often comes with stronger waves and more intense feelings.
Edging technique & tips
