As a retrieving customer the products are well packed. Maybe I’m lucky but it’s the first shop where the pops are closed tight and don’t leak, or maybe they are very good.

Placed my order late Sunday and by Thursday morning I got the delivery. All ok with the shipping and the goods. So very happy about that!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bestellt und kann nur positives berichten. Ich hatte nach der Bestellung g eine Frage, die mir promt beantwortet wurde. Zudem wurde die Ware umgehend in den Versand gegeben und war zwei Tage später bei mir. Auch, dass mit DHL an Packstationen geliefert werden kann, ist ein großes Plus.

Thanks guys … purchased Taiwan blue which is hard to get for some reason, possibly to do with the lids never being tight enough when supplied from manufacturer. Was super pleased to see that the tops had been tightened up on each one which meant no leaks In transit. Perfect Thank you

Order was confirmed almost straight away and released to UPS for delivery to the UK the next day. UPS was a bit hopeless because it kept changing the delivery day. Five days after that first indicated, I picked it up. Well packaged. Lederreiniger are definitely my favourite shop for poppers and accessories. Thank you.

Produkte waren sehr gut! Das Paket war etwas später da als erwartet. Das muss aber nicht am Shop liegen. D-auert H-alt L-änger

Die Lieferungen sind immer schnell auf dem Weg und sehr gut verpackt. Zum ersten Mal nach zig Bestellungen lief nun nicht alles ganz rund und es fehlte die Hälfte der Produkte.

Sehr positiv war dann aber der Support. Nach meiner Reklamation, inkl. Foto, kam unmittelbar die Rückmeldung und die Nachlieferung war wieder sehr schnell auf dem Weg.

Insofern kann ich auch uneingeschränkt die fünf * geben.

Zustellung ist schnell und diskret zugestellt worden, Verpackung bitte besser mit dem Klebeband absichern!

I was supposed to receive the delivery last week, on Friday. DHL said it would be delivered by the 22nd, but it was only delivered today (25th). This is not really the shop’s fault, but I feel it’s important.

Best poppers I have used. Shipping is fast and easy to track. Packaging excellent, preventing breakage. But 4 of 9 bottles leaked during transit by air. The bottles need to be better sealed by the manufacturer.
